Our shipping policy is as follows.
We aim to ship your orders within 2 working days of receipt.  However we do not check orders after 2pm on saturday or at all on sunday unless we are really quiet.  Therefore if you place an order over the weekend it will generally be despatched Monday afternoon or tuesday morning.
We send ALL our items track and trace therefore we can monitor who receives what and when.  This means our postage is pretty much capped at no more than £3 unless it is a heavy or very large item such as the big shot pro which is £9.95 shipping.  Most smaller parcels or lareg letter size orders are capped at £2.

It also provides us with peace of mind that our goods are definitely being received, as we have previously experienced a number of claims, in some cases more than once from the same person to say goods were not received when sent using general mail.  Hence the reason we do not just 'pop it in post' on a weekend we wait til the Royal Mail depot is open for track and trace items on a business day.
